“With my connections and who my father is, I’ll always have a bigger foot in the door than a lot of other people, always have more advantages, always have more opportunities, and I completely recognize that,” @charlotteslawrence says. “I just would love to do something that is because of me, myself, and I, and I didn’t have to skip anything.” From a young age, Lawrence was hell-bent on forging her own path—anything to avoid following in her famous parents’ film and TV footsteps—which led her to music. That is, until her father’s project #BadMonkey came around. Immensely intrigued by the role of Caitlin, Lawrence got right to work, hiring an acting coach and putting in the hours until she was finally ready to put herself on tape, ultimately landing the role in the @appletv series.
