In October 2024, Andr released his first album “shhh,it's under my bed” – as its name suggests, it is a work that opened the secret under the bed and entered the public's vision. Just as she said, “Music can preserve memories and tastes; and each work is an extension of its own existence.”
These creations all represent Andr's state and fantasy during his creative period. Some are strange, some are cute, and a little confused. But it sounds nice, for sure.

Gdqun: So, how should you pronounce your name “Andr”?
Andre:The method of pronunciation is (ander), which can be translated directly into “Ende” in Chinese, but in fact it is to pronounce my real name in reverse.
Gdqun: You are also a fan of reading interviews. If you want to interview yourself, what question is most wanted to ask?
Andre:If I were to interview myself, it would be quite interesting, but I shouldn’t be able to talk about the work well… I might want to ask: What would it be if you turned into a tableware? What kind of color would it be if it was a cat? This type of (no nutrition) quick question and answer.
Gdqun: Who is your music enlightenment? Does he have the “intellectuals” that impress you deeply still deeply influence you?
Andre:I remember watching an interview with Frank Ocean before, and he said something like this: “If you like my songs and resonate with my songs, it’s resonating with me as a person because I only do things that I think are cool. “I think that treating the work as an extension of my own existence is very handsome, and it will make me care more about what kind of self the work presents.
In addition to the musicians I like, the film and television works I watched when I was a child were also a great musical enlightenment for me. For example, “Hairspray Star Dream”, “Glee”, and “Singing and Dance Youth” were all great memories of my childhood.
Gdqun: I like the concept of the new album “shhh, it's under my bed”: using “under the bed” as a metaphor, bringing works that have been kept for a long time to the audience. Can you talk about the production process of this album? And what kind of mood do you suggest that the audience listen to it?
Andre:The starting point of this album is to preserve emotions of different aspects, like monsters hidden under the bed, a private but slightly fang-like work. I hope this album can support a space of my own, whether it is hiding in the room and listening quietly, or turning it into a soundtrack for daily life, I think it is very suitable.
For me, the most amazing thing about music is that it can bring people back to a certain time and space, as if it can save memories and tastes. It would be great if this album can do this for some people. .
Gdqun: As the official introduction said, the single “does your boyfriend know?” is indeed a song suitable for commuting or traveling. But what I really want to ask is: What is “ambiguity” for you? Why did you choose to interpret it with such a brisk rock rhythm?
Andre:曖昧是我很喜歡的狀態，模糊的不確定感好像會讓感官無限放大，腦袋總是緊抓著些雞毛蒜皮的事情在分析、猜測，很像這首歌給人的感覺，是高低起伏很大的roller coaster. I think indie rock's songs often give me a bit clumsy and sincere, but also a strong feeling, which is very consistent with the ambiguous state of being a little fragile.
Gdqun: Let’s talk about the fate with “Fu Lu and Shou”! Looking back on being signed, have you ever hesitated? After a few years, the result was the same as I thought at the beginning?
Andre:Because I like the works of the Three Immortals of Fulu and Shou (three bosses) from the bottom of my heart, I didn’t hesitate when signing the contract and felt that I was really lucky. I posted an EP and an album. I am very grateful to the bosses and my friends for giving me so much support, so that I can create it very willfully, and even always pop my forehead when I am confused and told me not to worry so much (not Really pop).
Gdqun: It is said that you still have the habit of making music at home?
Andre:I like to do demos alone in the room. I feel comfortable and can try various methods and possibilities with confidence. Even if I play around all day and don’t make something satisfactory, it doesn’t matter. Maybe I wake up and listen with my new ears after sleeping. It will find it interesting again. I am used to having a laptop on my desk that I can write down to-do items or inspiration for trying it out. Sometimes when I create while drinking coffee, it makes me think that things are great.
Gdqun: What do you want to do with yourself now?
Andre:My recent goal is to make life a little regular, and then I can give myself another focus and inspiration besides creating.
Gdqun: Will you still feel “contradictory” about your work?
I still think I like to write about conflicting emotions or things that are not easy to say. I think contradiction is a cool and normal thing.
Gdqun: How do you define your style of dressing? Any suggestions for people who also like neutral outfits?
Andre:I like casual and comfortable outfits, but I have enjoyed the need to try different styles of clothes due to shooting, which is very fresh. I think it is very handsome to be able to control outfits with different gender temperaments and styles. I am very happy that there are more and more such people in the mainstream vision now. There is no special suggestion, I don’t think it’s wrong to wear the clothes I like, especially if someone frowns, it should be something right.
Gdqun: When the zombie virus is coming, you can only choose one person to be trapped in the room with you. Who will it be? Why?
