Sigma BF full-frame mirrorless camera officially debuts

Sigma's latest BF full-frame mirrorless camera redefines the possibilities of modern cameras with minimalist design and professional performance, becoming a new focus for photography fans. The body shell is made of aluminum alloy and is carefully crafted from a single piece of aluminum for up to 7 hours. It is not only sturdy and durable, but also exudes a strong industrial beauty and full of texture.

The BF is equipped with a 24.6 million pixel full-frame back-illuminated CMOS photosensitive element, which is excellent in both image resolution and dynamic range performance, and can capture more delicate details and color levels. At the same time, its automatic focus system combines phase detection and contrast detection technology to support tracking of portraits and animal subjects. Even when facing rapidly moving subjects or complex scenes, it can quickly lock in the focus and capture the wonderful moments. In terms of video shooting, BF supports 6K high-quality video recording and has built-in L-Log settings to provide professional users with higher degrees of freedom in post-grading.

In addition, the BF has built-in 230GB storage space, which is enough to store more than 14,000 JPEG pictures, 4,300 uncompressed RAW pictures or about 2.5 hours of high-quality videos, providing users with plenty of storage space and avoiding the troubles caused by frequent memory card replacements. In addition, the body is equipped with a USB-C interface, which supports high-speed charging and data transmission.

Sigma BF is scheduled to be officially released in April 2025, with a black and silver body option, with a recommended price of US$1,999 (approximately HK$15,600). For photography enthusiasts who love minimalist design and pursue pure and professional shooting experience, BF is undoubtedly a full-frame mirrorless camera worth looking forward to.
