Song for the Mute Chapter 5 Joining hands with adidas to create the latest joint shoes of Superstar 82 and Aditar Cushion

Song for the Mute and adidas have once again launched the fifth joint collaboration series. The latest project, called “Song for the Mute x adidas 005 Collection”, focuses on two sneaker styles, each with three different colors and is matched with the related joint clothing series.

Drawing inspiration from pastoral life and the language of land, this new collection pays tribute to the elements of nature through carefully selected tones and materials. Adistar Cushion adopts a low-cylinder design and technological construction, and launches color schemes such as “Black”, “Clay” and “Olive”; the upper is made of breathable mesh and reinforced with suede and horsehair. The iconic three-line logo is presented with matte suede on the inside, while the outside is satin-treated, and a matte outsole with an aging effect creates a sense of history.

The Superstar 82 is redesigned with soft touch, using vegetable-tanned suede, soft full-grain leather and rich tones, presenting three colors including earthy brown, cream white and black. It is paired with special toe and antique metal shoe holes, adding antique charm to the sneakers.

In addition, the nomadic style inspiration extends to the apparel collection, with sports casual items such as sweatpants, sports jackets, T-shirts and sweaters reinterpreted in earthly tones, shepherd-style knitting and pickling processes.

SFTM x adidas 005 will be available on Song for the Mute on March 7 and will be launched globally from March 13.
