LVMH restructures the group management again, Frédéric Arnault officially takes over as CEO of Loro Piana

LVMH recently announced a new wave of senior personnel adjustments, and Frédéric Arnault was officially appointed as the new CEO of Loro Piana. The young helm leader, who is only 29 years old, is one of the five children of LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault. He will now take over the group's important Italian luxury brand Loro Piana, showing the family's inheritance.

Frédéric Arnault graduated from the top French institution École Polytechnique. He served for TAG Heuer for six years and was promoted to CEO of the LVMH watch department in 2024. His clear vision in the watch industry, emphasizing quality and craftsmanship, has become an important asset of the group. LVMH mentioned in the statement that he not only led the global cooperation with Formula 1, but also led the acquisition of Swiss high-end watch manufacturer L'Épée 1839, while deepening the decade-long partnership between TAG Heuer and F1 and promoting the development of LVMH Watch Week. He will officially take over as CEO of Loro Piana on March 26 and conduct a transitional handover with current CEO Damien Bertrand.

Damien Bertrand was appointed Deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton, and the new position will take effect on June 10, 2025. He will report to Louis Vuitton CEO Pietro Beccari, responsible for core businesses such as product creation and development, brand image and communication, and industrial operations, and will join the LVMH Executive Committee in 2026. Meanwhile, Pierre-Emmanuel Angeliglou served as Deputy CEO of Dior, reporting to Chairman and CEO Delphine Arnault. He currently serves as managing director of LVMH Fashion Group, heads up brands such as Kenzo, Pucci and Patou, and serves as CEO of Fendi.

“The appeal of our brands comes from passionate leaders. Damien, Frédéric and Pierre-Emmanuel's vision, entrepreneurship, creativity and pursuit of excellence will drive the brand to continue to flourish. These three appointments also reflect the group's ability to develop talent.”
