- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
