2025 Sun Yat-Ki Shanghai New Exhibition “Light, Transparent, Reflection” officially opened

The personal art exhibition “Light, Transparency, Reflection” by the internationally renowned contemporary art master Hajime Sorayama has officially landed in Shanghai and was exhibited at the Nanzhige Art Center.

This retrospective exhibition brings together the main works of Kaoramaki's art from the late 1970s to about half a century. The huge mechanical sculpture about 12 meters high appeared on the DIOR show in 2018 in Shanghai Huamu Shiguangli Outdoor Plaza, which caused heated discussions throughout the city.

On the third floor, the Nanzhi Pavilion Art Center exhibition hall contains the first “Future Mickey II” exhibited in China, and the rare and precious original works displayed according to the time of Koshanki's artistic creation. In addition, this exhibition also displays various forms of art works such as Kaoramaki Immers immersive digital image works, full categories of mechanical dinosaurs, and the latest paintings that have been published worldwide for the first time. The robot works such as characters, animals, and dinosaurs depicted by Sora Yamaki present imaginary stories that transcend the physical nature of creatures. Aquarium exhibition hall with giant shark sculptures from hollow mountain foundation is specially built in the exhibition hall, and various marine life forms and mechanical civilizations integrate into a fantastic aesthetics of the future world. The iconic mirror house contains the world's first public display of the Golden Mechanical Girl, and the combination of various postures is breathtaking.

Gdqun, a joint work exhibition room jointly created this time, exhibits the fashion trend of Hokka and the original joint work in multiple fields such as music, toys, technology, and art.
